ENERI’s founder has over 25 years of solid experience in, and offers expert development and coordination of, all facets of stage, theatre, TV shoot, film, concert, benefit and special event production logistics – from back of the house to front of the house. This includes research, booking space, procuring vendors, negotiating contracts including hotel vendors, audio-visual providers and other vendors, developing budgets including specifications for audio-visual and union labor needs, pre-screening talent auditions, booking talent, cast and crew, scheduling talent for rehearsals, appointments, appearances and shows, negotiating clearances, developing timelines and show scripts, creating and ordering signage, conducting program book and proof checks, and handling deliveries, registration check-in procedures and payment procedures, among many others.  

DAMAGE CONTROL AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT COUNSELING

ENERI offers damage control and media crisis management counseling for the company executive who may be faced with the difficult business issues of today, such as layoffs and budget cutbacks, or who may be the one who has to deliver other bad company news, who has to conduct a product recall, or perhaps who has been named in a lawsuit.
